All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail (ickhs2024@gmail.com) to the Secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the congress and all processing fee will be deducted from the reimbursement. If you do not attend the congress without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
* Up to August 26(Thu), 2021: A 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
* From August 27(Fri), 2021: No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after this date. All dates are based on Korean Standard Time(UTC+09:00).
